Key Responsibilities- Research, design, and backtest quantitative trading strategies.
- Implement and deploy trading algorithms in a live trading environment.
- Monitor strategy performance, identify issues, and perform necessary adjustments.
- Analyze market data to identify new trading opportunities and patterns.
- Collaborate with developers and researchers to enhance trading infrastructure and models.
- Manage risk exposure related to trading activities.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Proven experience in quantitative trading, algorithmic strategy development, or related quantitative finance roles.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C++, or Java.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, statistical modeling, and econometrics.
- Experience with data analysis, backtesting platforms, and risk management techniques.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team setting.
