About the Role

In this vital role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans for a diverse range of individual and family clients. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through retirement planning, investment strategies, tax efficiency, and estate planning, ensuring their long-term financial well-being.

- Develop personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on investment management, retirement planning, risk management, and tax strategies.
- Conduct regular client reviews to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Stay current with market trends, financial regulations, and relevant economic conditions.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and attorneys, to ensure integrated client solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFP® designation strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Demonstrated expertise in retirement planning, investment strategies, and tax-efficient investing.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships remotely.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems.
