• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging investment trends and opportunities within specified geographical areas, including Richards Bay.
• Perform financial modeling and feasibility studies for potential property acquisitions, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analyses.
• Assess the risks associated with property investments, including market, financial, and operational risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and reports for senior management, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Monitor the performance of existing investment properties and provide recommendations for optimizing returns.
• Stay abreast of economic indicators, regulatory changes, and industry developments impacting the property investment landscape in Kwa Zulu-Natal.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or real estate finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of the Richards Bay property market and its investment potential is advantageous.
