• Participate in supervised department activities to build foundational knowledge.
• Assist with finance processes and practices across multiple teams.
• Support routine reporting with management oversight.
• Generate documentation in response to business requests.
• Assist with Accounts Payable indexing for vendor payments.
• Perform data entry into Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and filing systems.
• Create presentations and present to managers and team members.
• Conduct research and perform data analysis.
• Engage in ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Completed at least 1-2 years toward an undergraduate Finance or Accounting degree.
• Passionate about learning company operations, culture, and values.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Solid work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
