You will be part of a dynamic finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller, and engaging directly with senior leadership in a supportive and growth-oriented setting. About you ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, part-qualified or willing to work towards qualification Proven experience in managing financial accounts and reporting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems and processes Experience working with external auditors is advantageous What you'll do Prepare and deliver accurate management and statutory financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements Monitor budgets and variance analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Lead the month-end closing process and assist with Board reports and financial forecasts Support, develop, and motivate the finance team, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement Drive improvements in financial policies, processes, and data management Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Joanne Gordon for a confidential chat today.
