Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
* Senior Finance and HR Executive
* to oversee our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s tax and employment regulations, and optimizing financial processes using SAP. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead financial planning and strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and review all financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements) in compliance with accounting standards.
Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

2. SAP Financial Management:

Utilize
* SAP* for financial data processing, reporting, and system improvements.
Ensure seamless integration of financial modules in SAP.
Troubleshoot SAP-related financial issues and provide solutions.

3. Tax & Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to Singapore’s tax laws (GST, corporate tax, etc.) and employment financial regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed.
File statutory financial reports and tax returns accurately and on time.

4. Payroll & Employment Financial Oversight:

Oversee payroll processing in compliance with Singapore’s labor laws (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
Manage employee benefits, deductions, and tax-related payroll matters.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

Develop and enforce internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in Singapore.
Mandatory proficiency in SAP (financial modules).
Strong knowledge of Singaporean tax laws, payroll, and employment financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

5 days working per week ( weekend and public holidays off )

2 days per month can work from home

working hours : 8:30 - 17:30

7 days annual leave and additional 1 day per year up to 14 days
