The Finance Director role demands oversight of financial operations, including cash flow management and financial reporting. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes while identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Engage with stakeholders and use your analytical skills to influence financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial reporting for all entities and investors
• Supervise cash flow and treasury operations
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling
• Oversee the creation of financial statements
• Ensure tax compliance coordination with auditors
Requirements:
• Canadian CPA or equivalent required
• Minimum 8 years in finance with progressive experience
• Industry expertise is essential
• Experience in FP&A processes is preferred
• Ability to guide and mentor a small team
