- Assist in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets transactions.
- Develop complex financial models, including LBO, DCF, and accretion/dilution models.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other transaction-related materials.
- Conduct in-depth industry research, market analysis, and company valuations.
- Manage deal processes, coordinate with legal counsel, and conduct due diligence.
- Support senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations, leveraging virtual communication tools effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related field.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg, Fact Set, and CapIQ.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, M&A processes, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for a remote environment.
