This fully remote role empowers you to manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting from any location in South Africa . • Prepare detailed management accounts, variance analyses, and financial reports for senior leadership.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and investigations as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CA(SA)) preferred.
• Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis, ideally in a remote capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication abilities and self-discipline for remote work.
