About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Treasury Analyst to join their fully remote finance team. This pivotal role involves managing the company's liquidity, cash flow, financial risk, and banking relationships. You will be responsible for forecasting cash needs, optimizing investment strategies for short‑term funds, and implementing best practices in treasury operations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial stability and efficiency of the organization in a remote‑first environment.
You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external financial institutions, leveraging your expertise to support strategic financial planning and execution from your home office.
- Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Manage daily cash operations, including monitoring balances, executing transactions, and reconciling accounts.
- Analyze and manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks, recommending hedging strategies.
- Optimize short‑term investment of surplus funds to maximize returns while managing risk.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
- Assist in the implementation of treasury technology solutions and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate treasury or a related financial role.
- Strong understanding of cash management, financial markets, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
