About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their finance leadership team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role involves driving the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization. You will work closely with department heads and executive leadership to provide critical financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and enhance financial performance management.
This position demands a proactive individual with exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of business drivers, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly in a remote setting, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, performance analyses, and variance explanations to senior management.
- Identify key business drivers and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and integration of operational data.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance roles.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
