Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Associate to join their fully remote investment team. This role is critical in supporting the identification, analysis, and execution of real estate investment opportunities. You will conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence for potential acquisitions and developments across various property types. • Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities through market research and data analysis.
• Develop detailed financial models, including pro forma statements, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target properties, reviewing leases, operating statements, and legal documentation.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and approval.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and assist with asset management activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and external parties, such as brokers and legal counsel, in a virtual setting.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, finance, or analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies and market research tools.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex financial concepts clearly in a remote work environment.
