About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Associate to join their investment team, operating entirely remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, analyzing, and executing real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes. You will conduct thorough due diligence, financial modeling, and market research to support investment recommendations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain in-depth experience in real estate finance and investment within a supportive, fully remote work environment, contributing directly to the firm's investment strategies and portfolio growth, based anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities- Source and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, including acquisitions and dispositions.
- Develop detailed financial models to assess investment viability, including pro forma statements and sensitivity analyses.
- Conduct extensive market research and due diligence on properties, markets, and counter parties.
- Assist in the negotiation and structuring of real estate transactions.
- Prepare investment committee memos and presentations to recommend investment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and proficiency with investment analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
