Step into an exciting opportunity as a Financial Crime Manager, where you'll play a key role in protecting customers, colleagues and the organisation from financial crime. As part of the first line of defence within Financial Crime Operations, you'll help ensure compliance with anti-money laundering, sanctions and counter-terrorist financing requirements while delivering positive customer outcomes. Working at the heart of a growing and evolving area of the business, you'll contribute to major transformation initiatives, including new risk assessment approaches and technology platforms that are helping shape the future of banking.
We're looking for an experienced people leader with a strong background in financial crime, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), sanctions, customer due diligence or a related risk and compliance environment. You'll bring proven Business Banking and SME knowledge, enabling you to provide expert guidance on complex cases while leading, coaching and developing a high performing team. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll drive operational excellence, strengthen financial crime controls and support continuous improvement, playing a pivotal role in the organisation's ambition to become one of the UK's leading banking providers.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Glasgow, Northampton or London office.
