Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth economic analysis of agricultural markets, trends, and policy changes.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and investment decisions for clients.
- Provide expert advice on commodity pricing, supply chain efficiency, and cost management.
- Assess the economic viability of new agricultural projects and technologies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and policy briefs for diverse stakeholders.
- Monitor global agricultural economic indicators and their potential impact on local markets in Gauteng .
- Master's or Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in agricultural economics, financial analysis, or policy research.
- Demonstrated expertise in econometric modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets, supply chains, and international trade.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex economic concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS) and data visualization tools.
