Remote Real Estate Investment Specialist

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and proactive Remote Real Estate Investment Specialist to join their global investment team. This position is entirely remote and requires a candidate with a deep understanding of real estate investment strategies, market analysis, and deal sourcing. You will be responsible for identifying lucrative investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring deals, and managing investor relations, all from a remote location.

The successful candidate will possess a strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment, contributing significantly to the firm's investment portfolio growth.

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes and geographical markets.
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, market research, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Develop investment proposals and present them to the investment committee for approval.
• Negotiate terms and structure transactions for property acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage relationships with sellers, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders in the investment process.
• Monitor existing investment portfolio performance and provide regular reports to investors and management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation methodologies, financial analysis, and deal structuring.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software and analytical tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
