Finance Manager - Charity

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of their non-profit organization based in Gauteng . This hybrid role is crucial for ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and sustainability across all charitable activities . You will manage budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls, providing essential financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The role requires a balance of on-site engagement for team collaboration and remote work for focused financial analysis.

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Oversee all accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and non-profit accounting standards.
• Implement and maintain effective internal financial controls.

• Qualified Accountant (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the non-profit sector .
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
