Key Responsibilities- Originate, structure, and execute a variety of investment banking transactions, including M&A, equity, and debt financings.
- Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and comprehensive client presentations.
- Manage client relationships, providing strategic financial advice and identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors to ensure smooth deal progression.
- Conduct market research and due diligence to support transaction strategies and client advisement.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a reputable institution.
