Junior Accounts Manager - Pe - Half

Our client is looking for an experienced Remote Management Accountant to join their finance department. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be responsible for providing crucial financial insights, managing management accounting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a virtual team environment, contributing significantly to the financial health and operational efficiency of the company from a distance.

• Develop and analyze management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic business decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and advise on areas for improvement.
• Manage cost accounting, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Collaborate with various department heads to understand their financial needs and provide support.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the ERP system.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Proven experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Net Suite).
