Transfer Pricing Manager Job Central London England UK,Finance & Banking

This global technology business has an opening for a Transfer Pricing Manager to cover maternity leave. The Transfer Pricing Manager will work in collaboration with local finance teams across Europe, US and Asia, with Group Tax and external advisors. The role gives exposure to all relevant transfer pricing, tax and VAT related areas. Our Transfer Pricing Manager will be responsible for managing transfer pricing risks and opportunities and ensuring compliance to requirements by local tax authorities.

You will report to the Director of Corporate Finance and be part of the global leadership team for Finance. You will also work closely with the tax department of the parent company.

Your Primary responsibilities will include:

Working across all relevant areas of transfer pricing
Update and maintain transfer pricing policies
Update master file documentation in collaboration with Group Tax
Managing local transfer pricing arrangements and documentation in collaboration with local finance teams and external advisors
Managing transfer pricing models and documentation
Operational transfer pricing, including monitoring, analysis and controlling including performing recharge or similar calculations
Transfer pricing risk and opportunity assessments
Transfer pricing related audits
Provide transfer pricing advisory and guidance to the business for key projects such as reorganisations

Although the main focus of the role is transfer pricing, you will also have the opportuniy to:

Support local finance teams with tax and VAT related questions
Participate in tax and VAT reviews
Participate in tax related audits
Supporting M&A activities
