We are seeking a Management Accontant to join or Finance Shared Service Centre at or Dnmrry site, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This fll-time, permanent role offers a niqe chance to thrive in a dynamic environment with an open and transparent cltre. Yo will gain invalable experience, inclding early exposre to Chief Level Exectives, which sets s apart from other firms in Belfast.

In this role, yo will perform essential acconting tasks, inclding the compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial data. Yo will be an integral part of or Finance team, spporting global operations throgh effective financial management services.

• Track progress against bdgets within established finance systems and reports variances as appropriate, ensring compliance with local market financial laws, reqirements and reglations
• Work independently to collate and analyse data sing standard acconting methodologies, systems, tools and formats to deliver high qality monthly, qarterly and annal financial reporting to the bsiness
• Responsible for prodction of key financial docments inclding Stattory acconts; monthly reporting, bdgeting and reforecast processes; monthly management acconts pack
• Manage and participate in the monthly acconting cycle, inclding assisting with the organisation and co-ordination of the month end process and associated Board reports
• Helps others get the most ot of data management systems by providing spport and advice
• Responsible for gathering and smmarising data for non-standard analyses and reports, improvement projects and programmes
• Contribte to the development and delivery of financial policies, gidelines, and protocols to ensre the company complies with reglations and good financial practice.
• Lead, coach and develop an engaged and motivated finance team towards a high-performance cltre of continos improvement

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qalified
• Experience in owning and managing financial acconts
• Ability to learn qickly and adapt to new software & processes
• Experience dealing with external Aditors

• Experience working in a Shared Service environment
• Excellent IT Skills, particlarly Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills
