A well-established and growing financial planning business is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join its expanding team on a fully remote basis. The business has a significant national adviser network, with over 200 Financial Advisers supported by an established Paraplanning team of 33 professionals. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and well-resourced environment, working alongside experienced Advisers and Paraplanners while benefiting from the flexibility of fully remote working.
The RoleAs a Paraplanner, you will provide high-quality technical and financial planning support to Financial Advisers and their clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing suitability reports and client recommendations
Conducting research and analysis across pensions, investments and protection
Supporting Advisers with the preparation and implementation of financial planning recommendations
Preparing accurate and compliant client documentation
Liaising with providers and third parties where required
Managing a varied workload and ensuring deadlines are met
Working closely with Advisers and the wider Paraplanning team
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance and client service
The successful candidate will have:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
Experience working as a Paraplanner
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and other areas of financial planning
Experience producing suitability reports and supporting financial planning recommendations
Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of compliance
The ability to manage your own workload effectively in a remote environmentStrong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and collaborative approach
Salary up to £45,000
