Our client is searching for a seasoned Lead Management Accountant to spearhead their financial planning and analysis efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location while collaborating closely with a distributed team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic financial decisions through insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will play a critical role in enhancing profitability and operational efficiency, working in a dynamic environment that embraces innovation and remote collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for all business units.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost management, and investment appraisal.
- Develop and enhance management reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial performance against strategic goals.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
- Oversee the financial modeling for new projects and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CIMA, CMA) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in management accounting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Demonstrated experience in leading financial reporting and analysis for complex organizations, preferably in a remote setting .
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
