Senior Management Accountant; Remote

Our client is actively seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Management Accountant to join their fully remote finance team. This position is crucial for providing strategic financial insights, driving performance management, and supporting business growth across the organization. You will be responsible for developing sophisticated financial models, conducting in-depth analyses, and presenting findings to senior leadership, all while working from the convenience of your own location.

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and variance explanations.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into profitability, cost drivers, and market trends to identify actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and business leaders to drive financial discipline and performance.
• Oversee and mentor junior members of the finance team remotely.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CIMA or CA(SA) qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
