Mortgage Underwriter

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mortgage underwriter.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending principles, underwriting guidelines, and relevant regulations (e.g., FICA, NCA).
• Proficiency in loan origination software and mortgage underwriting systems.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with keen attention to detail.
