Undisclosed, Provides administrative and client-service support to financial advisors, helping deliver efficient, high-quality service while independently servicing a small portfolio of client relationships.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Series 7, Series 63, and North Carolina Life and Health Insurance (NCLAH) licenses, or the ability to obtain them within nine months of hire

• Three or more years of experience in the securities industry or a related field preferred

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients, financial advisors and staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills sufficient to deal with financial advisors, clients and home office personnel
• Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor to work with clients
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong analytical skills to be able to research account information
• Mathematical abilities sufficient to process account and transaction information
• Ability to operate general office equipment (copier, fax, etc.)
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
• Ability to learn various software packages
