Remote Chief Financial Officer; CFO

Our client, a rapidly growing fintech startup, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial strategy and operations entirely remotely. As the senior-most financial executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial planning, risk management, reporting, and investor relations. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, fundraising, and managing complex financial operations.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, venture capital, and private equity.
