About the Role
Join our Corporate Finance team and help shape how a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS company plans, invests, and grows. You'll partner with Technology, Marketing, and Administrative leaders (Finance, HR, Legal) and present directly to Directors, VPs, and the Executive Leadership Team.
What You'll Do- Drive enterprise-wide P&L analysis by consolidating data across functions and partnering with Operations Finance to show how the whole business is performing.
- Help set corporate finance goals and direction through the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and 3-year strategic plan, spotting trends and building expense, balance sheet, and cash flow outlooks.
- Own month-end reporting: review results, explain variances, and produce board and executive packages.
- Guide capital allocation with ROI and investment analysis, including capitalized software tracking with Technology and Accounting.
- Support M&A due diligence and acquisition integration.
- Use AI tools like Claude and Copilot to speed up analysis, sharpen financial narratives, and automate recurring work.
- 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, such as growing from Analyst to Sr. Analyst. We value the quality of your experience over the number of years.
- Background in SaaS and/or private-equity-backed environments.
- Exposure to M&A, capital allocation, or investment analysis.
- Strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, or similar tools.
- The ability to turn numbers into a clear story for senior leaders.
- An ownership mindset and energy for building and improving in a lean, fast-moving team.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
We're a remote team that collaborates on camera. We prefer candidates within 2–3 hours of Cleveland for occasional in-person connection.
What We Offer:- Full benefits starting Day 1:
Medical, Dental, and Vision - 401(k) with company match
- Unlimited Flex Time Off plus 10 company-paid holidays
- Remote-first role with monthly communication stipend
- Professional development programs and tuition assistance
- Home office equipment stipend
- Employee resource groups and exclusive employee discounts
