Jr. Compliance Operations Analyst; Fully Remote

• Drive day-to-day compliance operations and safeguard the platform against financial crime risks across South Asia.
• Act as key first-line defense for BTSE Bhutan, managing high-volume onboarding queues.

Responsibilities:

• Execute L1 CDD/EDD reviews and manage KYC/KYB documentation validation.
• Review and disposition transaction monitoring and name screening alerts.
• Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation and support regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of AML/compliance operations experience in fintech or traditional finance.
• Strong English communication and independent execution skills.
• Nice to have: blockchain analytics tools, basic SQL, or compliance certifications.
