Finance And Admin Manager

Our client, a growing non-profit organization based in Nelspruit , is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage its financial operations. This role is essential for ensuring the sound financial health and accountability of the organization, supporting its mission across Mpumalanga . You will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including budgeting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor financial performance against budget.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management, board members, and funders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and audit requirements.
• Process payroll and manage staff expense reimbursements.
• Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.

• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar accounting role, preferably within the non-profit sector .
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with financial regulations pertaining to non-profit organizations in Mpumalanga is beneficial.
