• Obtain Licenses:
  Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) by earning your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses—fully sponsored by Fidelity. You’ll receive paid study time 4 days a week, licensing coaches, structured study plans, and dedicated support to help you succeed. This role requires successful completion of all exams.

  Skills:
  
  You’ll continue working 4 days remotely and 1 day on-site, supporting customers with increasing complexity to strengthen your skills. You’ll also have dedicated weekly time for development, networking, and training. After completing the program, you’ll transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role, with the possibility of spending additional time remotely supporting inbound customers based on business needs before that move.

During your onboarding experience, you’ll support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you’ll transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day.
