Finance Expert | Remote | $75/hr
Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr

About the RoleWe are hiring Finance Experts to collaborate with AI researchers on improving large language models (LLMs) for real‑world financial reasoning and analysis. This is a paid, short‑term freelance opportunity. No prior AI experience is required.
Responsibilities- Review and evaluate AI/LLM outputs across real‑world finance use cases
- Identify gaps in financial reasoning using domain expertise
- Support AI model training and evaluation in financial modeling, valuation, investment and portfolio analysis, M&A and deal assessments, and capital markets and corporate finance
- Develop clear evaluation rubrics and benchmarks based on practical finance scenarios
- Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to improve model accuracy
- Provide structured feedback to enhance AI performance in finance‑specific tasks
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, capital markets, trading, portfolio or asset management, equity or credit research, quant or systematic finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting
- Strong command of core financial concepts and real‑world applications
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment
