You will be the main contact for borrowers, settlement agents, and investor partners from clear-to-close through loan sale, reporting to the Director, HELOC Operations.
This role is remote-first with 1–4 days per month in our downtown Cleveland office to support operations, and offers growth opportunities as the program expands.
