DC Client Manager; Fully Remote

• We’re recruiting for a Client Manager to join our award winning DC business line.
• The role holder will lead the client relationship with a portfolio of DC clients and provide strategic support to Senior Client Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers, gaining deep understanding of tactical and strategic objectives.
• Partner with Senior Client Directors on strategic accounts, coordinating regular meetings with clients, trustees, and advisers.
• Own client retention activity, proactively managing at-risk relationships and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
