Leasing World Ltd is seeking a Broker Manager for the UK market, based in Reading with a hybrid work pattern (2–3 days in the office). You will manage a portfolio of 20–30 Asset Finance broker relationships across Southern UK, focusing on hard asset transactions and credit submission preparation.
You will act as the bridge between brokers and internal teams, drive the pipeline, progress new business to payout, and build strong relationships with Sales, Credit and Onboarding.
