- Report directly to Head of Financial Planning & Cost Controlling.
- Own planning, forecasting, and reporting for Pharma Ops and HR.
- Deliver monthly performance analyses and variance reporting.
- Analyze KPIs and drive business impact.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related.
- 4-6 years in FP&A or Business Controlling.
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
