Corporate Tax Compliance Manager At a Glance Full Time, Permanent Belfast, hybrid working available Genuine international exposure, particularly US-facing work About the Company A large, global professional services practice with a genuinely fast-growing Belfast operation, increasingly recognised as one of the standout growth stories in the local market. Whilst remaining firmly rooted as a firm doing exciting work across NI and ROI, the firm has grown massively in recent years on the international front, with a growing volume of work carrying a significant international reach, particularly from a US perspective.
This is a firm building genuine scale and depth while still very much invested in its local market presence.
The Role This is a client-facing Corporate Tax Compliance role, not a back-office delivery function, with real ownership of client relationships alongside the technical compliance work itself. The client portfolio spans a strong local market base and a growing volume of corporate compliance work supporting an expanding international client base across the US, EMEA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of corporate tax compliance clients, including a growing volume of internationally exposed businesses Review and take ownership of corporation tax computations and returns Build and maintain direct client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact Identify planning opportunities and advisory add-ons arising from compliance work Support and develop junior team members Contribute to process improvement and technology adoption across the compliance function What You'll Need Essential: ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualification Strong corporate tax compliance experience at Manager level Comfortable managing client relationships directly Experience reviewing the work of junior team members Desirable:
