Drive the design and evolution of derivatives trading products (e.g. perpetuals, options), focusing on performance, accuracy, and user experience

Work closely with engineering teams to shape trading system workflows and overall product architecture

Develop trading features such as grid trading, block trades, and other advanced trading tools for different user segments

Contribute to margin and risk framework design (e.g. isolated, cross, multi-asset margin) to improve capital efficiency and system robustness

Define and refine trading parameters (tick size, leverage tiers, fee structure) based on market dynamics and user feedback

Support monitoring and stress-testing efforts to ensure platform stability and risk control

Collaborate with trading, risk, data, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end product improvements

Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM-related field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Financial Engineering, etc.)Strong interest in derivatives trading and DeFi, with hands-on experience in on-chain trading or derivatives products

Familiarity with core trading concepts such as matching logic, funding rates, leverage, and liquidation mechanisms

Experience in product management, trading, risk, or quantitative-related roles is preferred

Strong analytical thinking, with good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to contribute across product, trading, and risk domains

Fluent in English and Mandarin
