Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Billing & Financial Analyst to join a growing organization in a highly visible role that combines construction billing expertise with financial analysis. This position offers direct exposure to leadership, opportunities to influence business decisions, and a flexible hybrid schedule with remote work on Fridays. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction billing experience while leveraging analytical skills to support profitability and operational performance.

• Process AIA G702/G703 billings and monthly progress billing requests
• Maintain continuation sheets, schedules of values, and change order documentation
• Manage customer invoicing and online billing portal submissions
• Track billing approvals, retainage balances, collections, and payment status
• Prepare and manage lien waivers, releases, and compliance-related documentation
• Analyze inventory transactions and trends to support operational decision-making
• Evaluate customer profitability and product-line performance
• Conduct pricing audits and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed

• 2+ years of construction billing & analysis experience
• Hands-on experience processing AIA G702/G703 billings
• Experience with lien waivers, releases, and construction-related documentation
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Financial analysis experience with the ability to interpret and communicate findings
• Inventory analysis experience
• Ability to work onsite four days per week in Lewisburg, TN
• Experience with construction billing platforms such as Textura, Procore, Trimble Pay, B2G, or similar systems
• Construction / Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
