The
** VP, Head of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
** is a senior finance executive responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, strategic analysis, and executive decision support. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role serves as a critical business partner to the Executive Leadership Team and plays a central role in shaping the Company’s financial strategy, operational priorities, and long-term value creation agenda.

The successful candidate will drive the planning and reporting processes that underpin business performance, deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensure leadership has clear visibility into key performance drivers, opportunities, and  addition, the role will assume responsibility for Investor Relations activities, partnering closely with executive leadership to support earnings communications, investor engagement, market intelligence, and shareholder communications.
** Key Responsibilities
** Strategic Financial Leadership
* Partner with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute the Company's financial strategy and long-range planning process.
* Lead enterprise-wide annual budgeting, strategic planning, and quarterly forecasting activities.
* Provide financial leadership on business performance, resource allocation, capital deployment, and growth initiatives.
* Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decisions, scenario planning, and long-term value creation.
* Deliver clear recommendations and insights that influence executive and Board-level decision making.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial, operational, and market dynamics impacting business performance.

Financial Planning & Analysis
* Lead all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.
* Establish a rigorous performance management framework that drives accountability and operational excellence across the organization.
* Monitor and analyse key business metrics, financial performance indicators, profitability drivers, and operational KPIs.
* Deliver timely executive reporting, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations.
* Drive forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of planning processes, methodologies, and tools.
* Support M&A evaluations, strategic investments, business cases, and other corporate development initiatives.

Business Partnership & Commercial Finance
* Serve as the senior finance partner to business leaders across Sales, Operations, Product, Services, and Corporate Functions.
* Support commercial decision-making through pricing analysis, profitability modelling, contract evaluation, and investment prioritization.
* Provide financial leadership for major customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.
