In this role, you will lead complex collateral management, accounting, reporting, and trade lifecycle activities that enable the successful execution of the company's hedging and risk management strategies. You will partner across Trading, Treasury, Accounting, Risk, Legal, Technology, and external counter parties to resolve complex challenges, strengthen operational controls, and drive process improvements.
This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes while helping shape the future scalability and effectiveness of Lincoln's derivatives operations framework.

Leads initial margin forecasting and variation margin sensitivity analyses to anticipate collateral requirements, funding needs, and portfolio impacts.
Manages funding and liquidity activities associated with hedging service arrangements, including draws, repayments, sufficiency monitoring, and interest accruals.
Serves as the primary operational contact and escalation resource for structured reinsurance counter parties, resolving complex issues requiring judgment and cross-functional coordination.
Oversees trade lifecycle activities, accounting inputs, reconciliations, and downstream reporting for assigned derivative and collateral activity under applicable GAAP and statutory requirements.
Resolves complex or ambiguous operational, accounting, valuation, and reporting breaks through root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective action.
Leads cross-functional projects and process improvements that strengthen controls, increase automation, reduce manual work, and improve scalability across derivatives operations.
Designs, maintains, and enhances SOX controls, operating procedures, and governance practices while supporting audits and remediating identified control gaps.
