Senior Manager of FP&A supporting CG Oncology's rapid growth as they advance bladder cancer therapies.
Responsibilities- lead corporate, G&A, and enterprise headcount planning;
- support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
- improve FP&A processes and tools;
- collaborate cross-functionally on strategic and operational analyses;
- contribute to long–range planning.
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics;
- 7–10+ years in FP&A, preferably within biotech or pharma;
- strong Excel and enterprise planning software experience (Adaptive, Anaplan);
- proven ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and headcount modeling;
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- supporting a biotech firm in immuno‑oncology with a focus on bladder cancer;
- organizational scaling;
- experience with management reporting;
- remote work setup;
- fast‑paced environment adjustments.
