Subscriptions & Closings Manager; Fully Remote

About the Role:

• The Subscriptions & Closings Manager leads the S&C team within GP Services.
• This role owns fund launch setup, investor subscriptions, capital closings, and proration.
• It acts as the direct point of contact for GPs and institutional customers.

What Success Looks Like:

• By 1 month: understand the full setup-to-close lifecycle and take over daily prioritization.
• By 3 months: closing turnaround and setup-accuracy targets are defined and measured.
• By 6 months: ship at least one meaningful process or tooling improvement with Product and Engineering.

You Have:

• 4+ years in fund administration or fund operations within private markets.
• Direct experience with traditional closed-end fund closings and capital calls.
• Experience in a controls-conscious environment and managing a high-volume operational queue.
