Own Financial Performance & Profitability:
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Build unit economics and present to board.
- Drive financial discipline and partner with CEO on fundraising and profitability.
Own Revenue Cycle & Payer Economics:
- Take ownership of revenue cycle performance including billing and collections.
- Improve clean claims, denials, and cash collections; negotiate payer rates.
Lead Business Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee business operations, HR, compliance, and risk management.
- Ensure scalable processes, hold teams accountable, and maintain compliance with regulations.
