• Be the face of Ambrook for customers, building trust and delivering real value to family-run businesses.
• Use genuine warmth, financial fluency, and a knack for making complex things feel simple.
• Play a direct role in helping operators get financial clarity through modern tools.

Within 1 month you'll:

• Familiarize yourself deeply with Ambrook's product, features, and customer segments.
• Handle support chat independently with prompt, accurate, and friendly responses.
• Lead live onboarding calls and build relationships across teams.

Within 3 months you'll:

• Own a high volume of customer interactions across chat and onboarding calls.
• Serve as a trusted resource for accounting concepts like reconciling transactions and balance sheets.
• Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the experience.
