You will oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, perform proactive collections on past-due balances, and analyze deductions and chargebacks to protect cash flow.
The role requires 5+ years in collections at a CPG firm, strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains) and Excel proficiency.
