Finance Administrator

Remote Recruitment is hiring for a UK employer to join the finance team as a Finance Administrator. This role owns end to end routine finance tasks from home and supports month end and year end processes.

• Process supplier and customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Reconcile bank, supplier and customer accounts each month
• Maintain the purchase and sales ledgers
• Prepare month end reports and support the year end audit pack
• Resolve billing and payment queries by email and phone
• Flag variances and cash flow risks early to the finance lead

• Two or more years in a finance administration or bookkeeping role
• Experience with Xero, Sage or Quick Books
• Comfortable in Excel with formulas, filters and pivot tables
• A track record of accurate reconciliations with a clear audit trail
• Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK hours work
• Nice to have familiarity with UK VAT returns
