About the roleYou will take calls and chat from people depositing, converting, or waiting on KYC. The job is to be precise: we never ask for passwords, PINs, or seed phrases.
What you'll do- Handle inbound calls and Live Chat with clear, documented answers
- Triage deposit, conversion, and verification questions
- Escalate fraud or scam reports immediately
- Help keep the public FAQ aligned with what you hear every day
- 2+ years in customer support, preferably phone and chat
- Calm written and spoken English
- Comfort talking about money without improvising policy
- Fintech, banking, or crypto support
- US time-zone coverage
