Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: New York
SoLo Funds, a fintech platform focused on community lending, seeks a Director of Compliance to build and manage a company-wide compliance program. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to identify and mitigate risks across the organization.
You will lead AML/KYC initiatives, regulatory assessments, and disclosures, while coordinating with bank partners and regulators.
