Credit Operations Associate

The Atlantic Group has partnered with a leading private equity firm in the Manhattan area. They have an immediate need for a Credit Operations Associate to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

Seeking a Credit Operations Associate to support day-to-day loan operations, credit facilities, treasury, trade settlements, and portfolio monitoring.

4 days in the office, 1 day work from home

• Manage loan operations, settlements, allocations, and reconciliations
• Monitor fund liquidity, ABL facilities, borrowing bases, and margin calls
• Work with agent banks, custodians, fund administrators, and counter parties
• Support credit facility closings, amendments, and covenant monitoring
• Coordinate cash movements, corporate actions, and derivatives activity
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, valuations, NAV close, and investor reporting

• 4-8 years of investment operations experience
• PE, private credit, hedge fund, CLO, banking, or fund administration experience
• Strong loan/credit facility and trade settlement experience
• Experience working with agent banks and financial counter parties
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
